Oklahoma State University Study Conclusions:

  1. A new sleep set will support increased sleep improvements over time.
  2. Both those who report back discomfort and those who report they sleep well can significantly improve their sleep experiences with a new mattress and box spring. Regular replacement is estimated at once every 5 years.
  3. Good sleep is invaluable. A new mattress can improve the quality of sleep and in turn, the quality of life.
